Dan Warmenhoven - Executive Chairman
Dan Warmenhoven is the chief executive officer of Network Appliance, Inc., a leader in enterprise data management and open network storage solutions. Under Warmenhoven's leadership, Network Appliance has grown to become a multi-billion dollar company and is now recognized as a market leader in network storage - a concept the company helped pioneer.

Gaurav Garg is an active investor in Enterprise and Mobile technology companies. He serves on the boards of Ruckus Wireless, Jasper Wireless, FireEye, Stoke, MobileIron, Bubblemotion, Shape Security, and Instart. He was formerly a board observer or board member at Netscaler (acquired by Citrix), Aruba (Nasdaq: ARUN), Aliph (maker of the Jawbone, Jambox, and UP Products), Ring Central, and Avalanche Technology.

Gaurav was a Partner at Sequoia Capital until recently. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2001, Gaurav was a founder, board member, and Senior Vice President of Product Management at Redback Networks (founded in 1996, Nasdaq:RBAK in 1999, acquired by Ericssion in 2007). From 1990 to 1996, he held various engineering positions at SynOptics and Bay Networks. Gaurav holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and a BS in Computer Science, all from Washington University in St. Louis.

Stephen Van Beaver - Pilot House Ventures Group, LLC
Stephen has broad management experience in the technology industry as an entrepreneur, manager, active investor and advisor for emerging information technology and telecommunications companies for more than two decades. He has led hardware and software products and services companies and divisions, working across many functional areas including technology and engineering management; operations; and sales and marketing strategy.

Matt Murphy - Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers
Matt Murphy is a Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers; he joined in 1999. His focus areas of investment include communications and computing infrastructure, mobile applications, and semiconductors. Matt is either a Director or works closely with the management teams of IPUnity, RGB Networks, Stoke, Peakstream, Xsigo, Dash, Kodiak Networks, eASIC, Scintera, and M2Z. Previously he worked with and was a board observer at Google (from initial investment to IPO), Kymata (acquired by Alcatel), and Sigma Systems (acquired by Liberate).

R. Thomas Goodrich - DAG Ventures
Before co-founding DAG, Tom was a principal at Bechtel Investments, where he was responsible for overseeing a number of management buyouts of mid-size growth companies and special situation investments. He was formerly a co-founder and Vice President of Dimensional Corporate Finance, Inc., a specialty corporate finance company with significant financial backing from Xerox. Prior to this, Tom served as an independent consultant to the office of the Chairman of Bank of America and as a consultant with the Stanford Research Institute. Tom holds an A.B. from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Vikash Varma, President & CEO, Stoke, Inc.
Vikash Varma brings 18 years of multi disciplined experience to Stoke. Vikash has a successful track record of building businesses from the early stages to market leadership. Vikash was most recently the President - Worldwide Sales, Marketing & Field Operations at CloudShield Technologies. Vikash helped establish CloudShield as a leader in the multi-function service control and security market, operating in over 35 countries. Before CloudShield, Vikash was the President - Worldwide Sales and Field Operations at P-Cube Inc. with overall responsibility for Sales, Channels, Partners, Professional Services, and Support. At P-Cube, he successfully grew the business with top tier carriers around the world and established P-Cube as the market leader in IP Service Control solutions. P-Cube was acquired in 2004 by Cisco Systems for $200M. Prior to P-Cube, Vikash was the General Manager at Hewlett-Packard Co. for the Internet Usage Manager (IP Mediation) Software business.
