Vikash Varma, President & CEO
Vikash Varma brings 18 years of multi disciplined experience to Stoke. Vikash has a successful track record of building businesses from the early stages to market leadership. Vikash was most recently the President - Worldwide Sales, Marketing & Field Operations at CloudShield Technologies. Vikash helped establish CloudShield as a leader in the multi-function service control and security market, operating in over 35 countries. Before CloudShield, Vikash was the President - Worldwide Sales and Field Operations at P-Cube Inc. with overall responsibility for Sales, Channels, Partners, Professional Services, and Support. At P-Cube, he successfully grew the business with top tier carriers around the world and established P-Cube as the market leader in IP Service Control solutions. P-Cube was acquired in 2004 by Cisco Systems for $200M. Prior to P-Cube, Vikash was the General Manager at Hewlett-Packard Co. for the Internet Usage Manager (IP
Mediation) Software business.

Dave Williams, Chief Technology Officer
Dave is responsible for guiding Stoke's technology direction and long-term business development strategy with top tier mobile broadband
carriers worldwide and also directs Stoke's participation in telecoms and technology standards bodies. He joined Stoke from Comcast,
the world's largest cable operator, where he was Senior Vice President of Wireless Technology. Prior to Comcast, Williams was CTO at O2
Telefonica Europe from 2003 to 2008 and previously with Cingular as Vice President, Strategic Planning. Before Cingular, Williams held roles
with SBC, Orange and Vodafone. He has served on the boards of industry associations including the Femto Forum, the Wimax Forum and the GSM
Association. He holds a Bachelors Degree from University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Charles Corbalis, VP of Engineering
Charles Corbalis brings to Stoke over 28 years of pioneering leadership in carrier-class data communications. His many achievements include
the development of multiple high-performance, high-reliability switch and software platforms. He joins from RGB Networks where, as VP of
engineering, he transformed the company’s engineering organization, heading up all aspects of product development and helping their
transition from legacy to IP video. Before RGB, he was co-founder of optical switch network company Calient Networks. He was co-founder of
StrataCom, Inc., developing the Frame Relay interface that propelled the company to IPO in 1992. Charles holds a BSEE/CS degree from the
University of California, Berkeley and a MSEE from Stanford University. In 1996 he was named winner of the Dvorak Award for Frame Relay
and FastPacket Technologies. He holds over 16 patents.

Magnus Almquist, VP Worldwide Sales
Magnus joins Stoke with 15 years of experience in senior sales management roles, selling network infrastructure to network operators, and he assumes worldwide sales responsibilities at Stoke. Prior to Stoke Magnus was at Ericsson, where he was Head of Sales Development and Business Support for Product Area IP & Broadband. From early 2008 to the end of 2009 Magnus was Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales at Redback Networks, which was acquired by Ericsson in 2007, and he held the position of Vice President, EMEA Sales, from 2005 until 2008. Magnus's career also spans senior sales management roles at Cascade and Ascend (later acquired by Alcatel-Lucent), General Datacomm, and Ascom Timeplex. Magnus is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Swedish, and holds a MSc in Industrial and Management Engineering from the University of Linkoping in Sweden.

Michael Homeier, VP Product Management
Michael has more than 15 years of experience in developing and executing product strategies and product portfolio management for communication systems within the carrier, enterprise and government sectors. As a senior manager over the last 10 years he has successfully developed and managed a diverse set of product portfolios including integrated wireless networks for Motorola, wired and wireless broadband access solutions for Commworks and IP telephony and soft-switching for 3Com. He possesses a strong technical background and has filed for more than 10 patents.

Venkat Prabhala, VP Finance
Venkat is an industry veteran with more than 20 years of business management and financial experience. Most recently, Venkat served at Swan Labs where his sound fiscal practices played a major role in the company's successful acquisition by F5. Before joining Swan Labs, Venkat was Corporate Controller at P-Cube, where he was a hands-on leader responsible for the company's accounting and financial management until its acquisition by Cisco in 2004. Prior to P-Cube, Venkat worked as the Director of Finance at Certicom Corp. (TSX: CIC) and played an instrumental role in the company's Nasdaq IPO. Venkat holds a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State and an MBA from Santa Clara University.

Paul Cianci, VP Operations
Paul brings over 20 years of operations, supply chain and engineering experience in telecom, high-end computing and wireless hardware products to Stoke. Before joining Stoke, Paul led Manufacturing Operations for several successful, high technology start-ups including Good Technology, purchased by Motorola for over $450M. Paul was previously Director of Materials at 3COM corporation, responsible for the supply chain strategy supporting 3COM's west coast systems assembly operations. Prior to 3COM, Paul held senior operations and engineering positions in Digital Equipment Corporation's international supply chain and engineering organizations. Paul holds a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Polytechnic University of New York.

Ash Nangia, VP Services and Support
Ash brings over 18 years of experience in software development, customer support and services, and has led programs in all aspects of development and delivery including R&D, Quality Assurance, Customer Advocacy, and technology acquisitions. Prior to joining Stoke, Ash was Vice President, Software Development at Oracle Corporation. Prior to Oracle, Ash spent eight years helping webMethods grow from startup to world-class company, resulting in its acquisition in 2007 for more than $500M. While at webMethods Ash was Vice President of Product Development, responsible for development of integration software and sustaining product implementations worldwide. Ash has also held senior management and program management positions at IBM-Tivoli and Tandem-HP. Ash holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from WPI in Massachusetts, and a Bachelor's degree from Birla Institute of Technology, India.

Mark Verdun, VP Strategic Alliances
Mark has more than 25 years of global sales and business development success growing revenue and securing new markets for early stage companies
in diverse areas of telecommunications, networking, and Internet software technologies. He was most recently VP of Partner Programs at NewStep
Networks (acquired by Natural Convergence) where he developed strategic relationships with leading telecom equipment manufacturers. Mark
co-founded and served as CEO of PlateSpin (acquired by Novell), and held senior management positions with Microsoft Canada, EveryWare
Development (acquired by Pervasive Software), and CrossComm Corporation (IPO). Mark holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University
of Toronto and an HBA in Business Administration from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Dan McBride, VP Marketing
Dan has more than 18 years' experience in the networking industry, spanning marketing, product marketing, product management,
and business development roles. Before joining Stoke, Dan was Product Marketing Director for CloudShield (acquired by SAIC),
creator of programmable DPI platforms for U.S. federal government and network operator customers. Prior to CloudShield Dan held
roles of business development director for enterprise IP PBX provider, Shoreline (Nasdaq: SHOR), and marketing director / business
development for CPlane, developer of operator provisioning and traffic engineering tools. Before Shoreline, Dan spent 12 years with 3Com.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Delaware.

Randall Kruep, Founder
Randall Kruep founded Stoke in 2004, and led the company through its early stage of growth as CEO until February 2007.
